The 2021 vintage spent a year in new and old French oak barrels. The fruit was whole bunch pressed and went through natural barrel fermentation with minimal intervention. The chardonnay displays aromas of grapefruit, cumquat and roasted almonds. A distinctive concentration and generosity, with notes of citrus and nougat. The altitude-driven natural acidity results in a wine to be enjoyed over many years of careful cellaring.
