This wine was made from two clones (114 and MV6) and comprises a whole bunch component, which was fermented separately using maceration carbonique.
Each component was matured separately in new (40%) and seasoned Italian coopered French oak 500 litre puncheons prior to blending and bottling in early February 2024.
